Built on one idea: AI should do the heavy lifting
ThinkDropCo was created for the freelancers, founders and side hustlers who are ready to use AI but don’t know where to start — and don’t have time to figure it out from scratch.
From chaos to a system
ThinkDropCo started from a simple frustration: there’s an enormous amount of noise around AI, and almost no practical signal.
Everyone’s talking about what AI can do. Very few people are building the specific, actionable systems that show you exactly how to apply it to a real freelance practice or small business — step by step, with the right tools, in the right order.
So we built them ourselves.
ThinkDropCo is a catalogue of AI-powered tools, templates and automation guides designed for people who run lean operations and need practical solutions — not theory, not hype, not another “ultimate guide to ChatGPT.”
Every product in the catalogue is designed around a single test: can a freelancer or small business owner pick this up today and get value from it within the hour?
If not, it doesn’t belong here.
What we believe
The ThinkDropCo position on AI
We’re not AI maximalists. We’re not AI sceptics. We’re somewhere more interesting and more useful than either.
Here’s our honest position:
AI doesn’t replace human judgement — it amplifies it. The best outcomes come from people who understand their craft, their customers and their goals, using AI as a force multiplier. Not people who outsource their thinking to a chatbot and call it a day.
The freelancers and business owners who will thrive over the next decade are the ones who learn how to use these tools well. Not because they’ll out-automate everyone else, but because they’ll be able to do in one hour what used to take a week — and spend the time they save on the things that actually require a human.
That’s the future we’re building toward at ThinkDropCo. Practical. Grounded. Human first, AI assisted.
We cover AI tools, automation techniques and productivity ideas honestly — including when something doesn’t work as advertised, when a tool isn’t worth the hype, and when the old-fashioned way is still the best way.
We think that makes us more useful — and more trustworthy — than the alternatives.

Business blueprints
Notion templates, workbooks and planners that help freelancers and small business owners organise their work, track their finances and manage their clients — available on Etsy and directly from this site.
Step-by-step guides for automating core business tasks with AI — from marketing and customer service to operations and content creation. Specific, actionable, and built for people who want results, not reading material.
Premium, in-depth guides documenting complete business systems — how to start an AI automation agency, how to run a fully automated content operation, how to build a business that runs itself. Written from the inside.
How we work
Honest
We review tools we’ve actually used. We recommend things we believe in. We tell you when something isn’t worth your money.
Practical
Every product is built around a real use case. If you can’t use it today, it shouldn’t exist.
Human
We believe technology serves people — not the other way around. Every product, every newsletter issue, every piece of content is written with a real person in mind.
Evolving
AI moves fast. We move with it. Products are updated, guides are revised, and we always tell you when something has changed.
